1. Nature of Marketing Listings
All rental descriptions, media, and pricing published on YatharthProperties.in are for Informational Marketing Purposes Only. We provide a bridge between property owners in Bilaspur and prospective tenants.
2. Our Role as Intermediaries
When interacting with our team for rental properties, our scope of work is limited to:
- Facilitating contact between the lead and the property owner.
- Coordinating physical site visits and property walkthroughs in Bilaspur.
- Assisting in the collection of KYC documents for rental agreements.
3. Professional Service Fees
Standard brokerage fees may apply to successful rental closures. These fees are:
- Communicated upfront before the first site visit.
- Non-negotiable once the "Token Money" or "Security Deposit" is paid to the owner.
- Subject to GST as per Government of India norms.
4. On-Site & Document Verification
While we strive to list "Verified" properties, the Tenant is ultimately responsible for:
Checking original ownership documents, ensuring the premises are fit for habitation, and verifying electricity/water bill clearances before signing any local agreement.
5. Content Integrity & Removal
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent listings. To report a listing:

- Provide proof of inaccuracy or fraudulent behavior.
- We aim to remove verified fraudulent content within 24-48 business hours.
6. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
Yatharth Properties, its founders (Sunil Sahu, Ritesh Soni), and employees are not liable for:
- Inter-party disputes between Landlord and Tenant post-possession.
- Loss of security deposits or advance rent paid directly to owners.
- Damages to property or personal injury occurring on listed premises.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement and any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of India. All legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
